Dissolve 1–3 cups of the magnesium flakes into a warm footbath or full tub bath.

Temperature of the water should be warm, but not hot (101–103 °F (39 °C)). Hot water causes the skin to eliminate rather than absorb.
Soak for 20 minutes or more.
Following bath, rinse with warm water and pat dry.
